How much is rent at The Woods at Windy Hill?
One-bedroom apartments start at $1,165 a month, two-bedroom, one-bath homes at $1,295, two-bedroom, two-bath homes at $1,395 and three-bedroom homes at $1,910. Prices change with availability, so the available homes page always has today’s rent.
What floor plans do you have?
Four: a one-bedroom, one-bath home (800–840 sq. ft.), a two-bedroom, one-bath home (940 sq. ft.), a two-bedroom, two-bath home (about 1,140 sq. ft.) and a three-bedroom, two-bath home (1,204 sq. ft.). Every home has a private patio or balcony and washer/dryer connections.
How do I apply?
Pick an open home on the available homes page and select Apply Now. The application is online and takes about 15 minutes. The application fee is $75 per applicant.
Can I tour before I apply?
Yes. Request a tour with the day and time that suit you and the leasing team will confirm by phone or text. You can also call or text (770) 952-1720.
Do you accept pets?
Yes. Up to two pets per home: cats and small to medium dogs. There is a $350 one-time pet fee and $25 a month. Restricted breeds are American Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, mixes of these breeds, and any dog with a history of aggression. Assistance animals are not pets and are welcome under fair housing law.
What deposit do I need?
The security deposit is 1.5 times monthly rent. If your credit or income needs a boost, you can choose a 3-month coverage guarantee instead, which works like a co-signer.
Is there laundry?
Every home has washer and dryer connections.
What is there to do on the property?
Walk the path by the pond and its fountain, let the kids loose on the playground, or take the dog to the dog park. Covered parking spaces are available to rent.
How close is The Battery Atlanta?
About a mile. Truist Park and The Battery Atlanta are 1.1 miles away, Cumberland Mall is 1.8 miles and the Chattahoochee River trails at Cochran Shoals are about 2 miles. I-75 and I-285 are both a few minutes’ drive.
When is the leasing office open?
Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. The office is at 2001 Kimberly Village Ln, Marietta, GA 30067. Call or text (770) 952-1720.
How do current residents pay rent or request maintenance?
Through the online resident portal, where you can pay rent, set up autopay and submit maintenance requests. Emergency maintenance is available 24 hours a day.
